Terms of Service

OnCall Junk Removal & Donation Pickup (“OnCall,” “we,” “us”) provides junk removal, donation pickup, general labor, furniture assembly, and pickup & delivery services across our Metro Atlanta service area. By requesting a quote or booking a pickup through this site, you agree to these terms.

Our online estimate tool provides a price based on the items, quantities, and job details you submit. This price may change if the items, quantities, or access conditions at pickup are different from what was submitted — we’ll always confirm any change with you before completing the job.

Same-day pickup requests must be submitted before 6:00 PM local time; requests submitted after that are scheduled for the next available day. Pickup windows are estimates, and our team will confirm your scheduled time after you submit a request.

Items requested for donation pickup must be in usable, good condition. Donation eligibility is confirmed by our crew at pickup — if an item doesn’t qualify, it will be handled as standard junk removal and priced accordingly.

No payment is required to reserve a pickup. Payment is due upon completion of service, payable by the methods our crew accepts on-site.

Plans change — if you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us as much notice as possible by phone, text, or email and we’ll work with you to find a new time.

If you upload photos of your items when requesting a quote, you grant us permission to use those images solely to prepare your estimate and provide the requested service.

We are licensed and insured and take care in every job we perform. To the extent permitted by law, OnCall is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of this website or our services, beyond the value of the service provided.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
